To get access you need your Affiliate ID number and the password you selected when you joined the program. Once you have that just type it in the form fields you see below then click the "GO" button.

2) What's Inside The Main Affiliate Area?

This is the main page.

At the top of this page, you'll see 6 buttons: Return To Main Affiliate Page, Click To Get 500+ Promo Tools!, Check Your Stats, Your Account Info, Payment Info, and Logout

In the next step we'll review each of the links you see on the navigation panel. As we go through each of the links you'll see them appear below, in bold.

----> The "Return To Main Affiliate Page" Button: As you may have figured out already, this handy little button will bring you back to the main affiliate page that you first see when you log in.

----> In the "Click To Get 500+ Promo Tools" section, you will find:

• Digital Product Covers To Put On Your Web Site
• Ready-Made Email Promotions To Send to Your List
• Web Page Buttons and Other Graphic Promos
• Full Page Ads You Can Upload to Your Web Site
• Product Reviews You can Publish Online
• Brandable PDF's
• And all sorts of other tools and resources

This button takes you to our affiliate tools and resource site - http://www.promotemarlon.com. Be sure to take down that url for future reference.

 

----> The "Check Your Stats" button:

To check your affiliate stats and monitor sales and clickthrough rates, click the Check Your Stats button at the top of your affiliate control panel. You'll then see this screen:

From here, you can select a date range to comile your stats for. Always leave the SELECT A CAMPAIGN field set to "All Campaigns".

Then you can select your desired date range, whether you want a CUMULATIVE or DAILY breakdown of your stats, and then click "Display Stats".

At this point, the software will compile your affiliate stats. On the next page, you'll see the following fields laid out in spreadsheet format - Type, Campaign Name, Impressions, Clicks, Leads, Calls, Click Thru Ratio, S/U, Number Of Sales, Total Sales, EPC Payout, and Total Banner Stats.

One thing to always note is that Campaign Name will ALWAYS read "Affiliate Promotion".

The reason is because we had a gentleman custom program our system so that when we made the move from our old affiliate software to the new, Direct Track software, the OLD links would still work. That's why it's set up this way.

Now, although Campaign Name will always read "Affiliate Promotion", you can still see which products you sold with our "commission to product matchup sheet".

This is where you can modify all your account info. Here you can:

Edit Your Account - Edit your account information including address, website, categories, and payment threshold.

Change Password - Update the password you use to log into the system.

Edit Your Notifications - Specify what notifications you would like to receive via email.

Edit Your W-9 Form - the electronic version of the tax form for filing your earnings through our network.

Delete Your Account

Read Our Terms of Agreement - The terms of agreement you are bound by in being a member of this network.

This is a quick link to see all the commissions you've earned through our affiliate program.

Note that "Total Paid To Date:" will ALWAYS read $0.

Since we pay our affiliates DAILY via Paypal, we can't use the build in "Pay" feature within our software. So this number will always read $0. However, if you earn a commission in accordance with our Terms Of Service, you will be paid the very next business day without fail.

This button logs you out of our affiliate system. Once you've logged out, you can't re-access your affiliate control panel without logging back in with your affiliate ID and your password.

Now that you have a better understanding of the benefits and features of the new Affiliate Software, it's time to login to the Members area to get your associate links, product tools and promo codes.

Remember, your Username is your Reseller ID and your Password is the Password you chose when you filled out the signup form (new signups only). If you are an EXISTING associate who has an account on the old AssocTrac system then you need to request your associate ID and password.
