My terms are pretty simple and common sense. I apologize if they sound blunt. But this program isn't for everyone. I'm a very reasonable and fair guy. These terms are to protect me from others who aren't.

Let me sum them up briefly and make it simple: 

I don't have liability for anything and I don't promise you anything.  The reseller program is a free bonus, and I don't charge anyone to participate in it.

Now, let me spell these terms out in plain English:

1.  I have the right to change the commission structure at any time without prior notice.

2.  I do NOT in any way represent that you'll make even a dime from this program.   There is a possibility of loss of capital from promoting it.

3.  You agree not to misrepresent the program in any way.  For example, you agree not to tell people they can make any specific amount of money per week or per month, etc.  I am the sole judge of what I perceive to be as misrepresentative.

4.  I can revoke the reseller rights from any individual for any reason I so desire.

5.  I can discontinue the program at any time without prior notice.  I have no obligation to operate a program.

6.  I can change the product offering or the specifics of the product offered at any time.  I can change the commissions offered at any time.  Both without prior notice.

7.  I can change this agreement at any time without prior notice.  It is the reseller's responsibility to check for changes in this agreement.

8.  You are an independent contractor and are solely responsible for your taxes.   You are in no way, shape or form an employee of Marlon Sanders nor Higher Response Marketing, Inc. You won't represent you are. You won't do anything illegal, use any domain names that aren't rightfully yours, represent that people can make any money whatsoever with my products, won't hold me and/or higher response marketing, Inc. liable for any lawsuits resulting from anything.

9.  This is our only agreement and supercedes any verbal agreements.

10.  Any disagreements concerning this agreement will be resolved by a board of arbitration in Dallas, TX.  I happen to think my best friends make a great board of arbitration because they always decide in my favor.

11.  In the event of a refund, the reseller will be charged back the amount of commissions paid.

12.  I do my best to make my payouts for the previous month on the tenth of the following month. But if you're anal retentive, don't sign up. However, I DO pay and don't screw people.  That means you should get your checks on the 15-20th.  For example, commissions earned in January would be mailed out around February 10.

13.  You agree not to hold Marlon Sanders nor Higher Response Marketing, Inc. liable for anything.  Period.

14.  You agree not to engage in any fraudulent practices in order to increase your payouts. Doing so forfeits all commissions due.

15.  You agree not to send unsolicited offers or spam my offer to anyone for any reason and doing so forfeits all commissions due.   This applies to newsgroup spamming also.

16.  I have given you the rights to resell this product as a free bonus and have not charged you for it in any way.

17.  This program stands by itself.  Having reseller rights to this program does not give you the rights to resell any of my other products.

By promoting or signing up for the program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
